The Cyclone family mourns the loss of Martin Haalstra
Submitted By Jack Brown on Mon 11 30, 20
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Cyclone family member Martin Haalstra. Martin passed away yesterday due to complications with Covid-19.

Martin was a loving husband, father of three and a passionate hockey volunteer.

He was the beloved hockey dad to former Cyclone defenseman Caleb Haalstra, whom was a member of our organization from 2016-2019 with the 03’ AAA team.

Although Martin hailed from Belmont Ontario, he will forever be remembered as Chatham-Kent Cyclone family.

I hope all whom had the pleasure of his presence will cherish the moments from years gone by and his life will live on fondly in those memories.

I would like to offer our sincerest condolences to the Haalstra family during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
