Tryout Registration
Parents/Players,
Welcome to the 2018-2019 hockey season! As a group, we are looking forward to
starting the process of building on the progress and momentum that was
established during the 2017-2018 season.
As we begin to get organized for the tryouts, starting April 18th,
we ask that ALL players attending tryouts complete the Google Form registration
(see below).

*F1 Players If you were a part of the 2017-2018 Cyclones team, you DO NOT require another F1 waiver form. However, you MUST provide a permission to skate form prior to going on the ice.
**If you were NOT a part of the 2017-2018 Cyclones team, you MUST provide an F1 waiver form prior to skating at our tryouts.
***F1 Waiver Clarification
As of last year, all players at/above the Minor Bantam that are NOT signed by the assigned date (April 24th) have the right to request their F1 waiver to allow them to explore playing AAA hockey within a different organization. Once you have received your F1 waiver, it must be provided to the organization that you are trying out for prior to skating at their tryouts.
