TONIGHT - STAY TUNED
All,
On my way home I was informed that the Ridgetown arena is without power; as a result, they had cancelled the 5:00pm ice time that was scheduled there.
I am waiting to hear back if the power has been restored, and have been told that they will provide me with updates every hour. I have requested that we get alternative ice in Bothwell, if at all possible, as a back up plan (hoping to hear back on this) for around 9:00.
If the power has not been restored prior to 7:00, we will send a note around to everyone and let them know. Apologize for the lateness and uncertainty, however it's not exactly how we planned for things...
A few options for those that have gear in Ridgetown:
Power out & no practice:- Chatham players: I can pick up all gear from the arena, load it in the van and meet everyone at Memorial to distribute things- Lambton/Windsor/Elgin players: I can pick up all gear from the arena, and will have to bring this to Hamilton for the weekend...
Power out & practice in Bothwell:
- Chatham players: meet in Ridgetown to pick up gear and head over to Bothwell- Lambton/Windsor/Elgin players: I will pick up the equipment from the arena and bring it over with me to Bothwell
