Opening the New Year in Sun County
The Minor PeeWee's returned to action Friday night in Sun County after a long break over Christmas. The team seemed overly hungry for scoring but instead struggled to put pucks on net effectively early on. The team started to find their way to the net and held small leads throughout the game. Sun County made once final push to close the gap to within one goal but the Cyclones tightened their belts and held on for a win 4-3.
Scoring was provided by Brady Stonehouse (3) and Kelton Jack on a beautiful feed from Stonehouse. Other helpers came from Ewald, Holmes, Tinline, Edwards and Webster.
