Philosophy/Outlook
In looking to build on the momentum gained last season, we will continue to focus on a team first attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement. Added focus will be introduced this season on various mental aspects of the game, with an emphasis on individual responsibility, discipline, and consistent work ethic. The coaching staff is dedicated to ensuring that we all have fun at the rink, while maintaining an awareness of the requirements of playing at the highest level of hockey. As a group, we will look to use last season’s second half positives as building blocks to continued success in growing the team into fine young hockey players and individuals.
