2026-27 Chatham-Kent AAA Cyclones U13 Head Coach Randy Dietrich joins us for his first season at the helm.
Randy was born and raised in Tilbury, where he grew up playing his minor hockey in Tilbury. He is a graduate of the Cyclone program. Randy has Junior hockey playing experience, having played Jr. B in Petrolia and Jr. C in Mooretown and Wallaceburg.
Randy’s coaching experience stems from almost 10 years through KMHA and CKC, where he has accomplished multiple league championships and a Provincial Championship. He is currently serving as assistant coach of the U12 CK Cyclones.
Randy's coaching philosophy is to continue the growth of each individual through hard work, dedication and development on and off the ice. As he finishes his first year with the Cyclones, he has a better understanding of the vision and goals set by the organization for the growth of the program for future years.
Randy believes heavily in team values, structure, and accountability and is excited to bring his knowledge, dedication, and passion for the game to the upcoming season as a head coach.
