CHATHAM-KENT CYCLONES STATEMENT IN RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Submitted By Jack Brown on Friday, March 13, 2020
Hello Cyclone Families,

Obviously given the circumstances (some known, some unknown) surrounding the CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) our governing bodies have made the decision to cease all hockey related activities.

Effective immediately until further notice all Chatham-Kent AAA Cyclone Hockey activities which include but not limited to Playdown / Playoff Games, Team Practices, Skills Sessions, Dryland Training, Team Functions, etc. have been suspended.

We are currently working with our governing bodies to understand the full extent of the suspension of play going forward. We understand that you may or may not agree with the decision. However it is Hockey Canada, the Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario and the Chatham-Kent Cyclones responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of all minor hockey players, parents coaching staff and volunteers.

Please monitor the Cyclones website for further developments, we will post relevant information, as soon as it is available to us.
