CYCLONES BATTLE TO 3-3 TIE IN LAMBTON
Our Cyclones took on a familiar foe on Halloween as they travelled to Lambton to take on the Sting. Facing 3 different 1 goal deficits a late tally rewarded our Cyclones' complete effort with a road point.

Gavin Meriano pulled our Cyclones even at 1 mid way through the second period with a perfectly placed top shelf laser after a solo dash down the right wing. The Sting would reply late in the second period to take a 2-1 lead into the third. As timed ticked away on our Cyclones Cole Labadie banged home a rebound in a goal mouth scrum with three and a half minutes to go, helpers going to Josh Hazzard and Jeffery MacKinnon. Less than two minutes later despite a strong Cyclones PK effort the Sting would capitalize on their late power play opportunity taking a 3-2 with just under 2 to go. Not to be denied our Cyclones had one last trick up their sleeve as Evan Sawyer on a blast from the point would knot things up at 3-3 with the goalie pulled and just over a minute to go. Aidan Edwards and Josh Hazzard with his second helper of the night had the assists on the tying goal. Gavin Meriano took home the Halloween 'Hardest worker' Hard Hat award.

Our Cyclones next action has them hitting the road to Toronto for tournament action this coming weekend.
