Playoff Champs
The Major Atom Cyclones AAA completed a successful season yesterday by sweeping Cambridge to obtain the Playoff championship.
The team came out strong with a comanding 2-0 lead after the first but Cambridge did not give up and really took it to the home team in the second. The Cyclone defense remained poised and displayed brilliant puck movement to break out of their zone effortlessly. In the end, Stonehouse got a break away short handed and with Cambridge goalie pulled to seal the deal and make it 5-2.
