Agenda Items will include, but not limited to:
• Review of 2018-2019 Financials
• Review of Proposed Amendments to the Constitution
• Election of Executive Board Members for 2019-2020 
 
Proposed amendments to the Constitution by members in good standing shall be presented in writing to the President no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the A.G.M., or the amendment will not be proposed at the A.G.M. The President shall provide a copy of all proposed amendments to the Board of Directors prior to the A.G.M.
