Notice of AGM - Thursday June 9th, 2022
The Chatham-Kent Cyclones Annual General Meeting will be held Thursday June 9 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be hosted at Thames Campus Arena – Red Line Room (upstairs) 999 Grand Avenue West, Chatham.
Agenda Items will include, but not limited to:
• Review of 2021-2022 Financials
• Review of Proposed Amendments to the Constitution
• Election of Executive Board Members for 2022-2023
Proposed amendments to the Constitution by members in good standing shall be presented in writing to the President no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the A.G.M., or the amendment will not be proposed at the AGM.
